Its price is as low as $500. After Samsung HT-AS730 release critics and amateurs of hi- tech were rather disappointed, so they tended to think at first that Samsung HT-BD1250 can hardly be better. However, such predictions and doubts turned out wrong. Samsung HT-BD1250 offers high quality of sounding and picture.
Samsung HT-BD1250 is a 5.1 home theater system consisting of a subwoofer, four small speakers and a central channel. The four speakers are 8.3 inches high, and have a steady base that is essential for shelf speakers. Rare and lateral panels of the speakers are matt black while the front part is glossy.
The central channel has the following dimensions: 11.8 x 1.9 x 2.7 inches. It has unusual curved corners, and it is rather tiny, so you can place it under the TV. The subwoofer is of average size, and it is vety powerful.
The most stylish unit of the system is the main receiver. It is glossy black while its top is dark red – the signature of Samsung company. What is more, the receiver has a form of trapezoid. On the top of a trapezoid there are Play, Stop, etc buttons and a volume ring. But the receiver seems to have no buttons at all because Samsung has designed touch sensitive keys. But such a decision has its cons: you should see the buttons so that to use it so the receiver can't be placed in a cabinet.
The system has a remote included. Here almost everything is typical except two buttons – disc and pop-up menu. As far as setup is concerned, it is manual, so you are free to choose its placement.
